After making your booking, you will receive an e-mail entitled
“Menu Selection & Confirmation”. The e-mail will have all
entrees listed on it. Simply reply to that e-mail to send us your
selection.

Test, Offer, Survey
We test about 4 recipes for every 1 that makes it to a menu.
A menu typically has 8-9 surveyed entrees and 3-4 new ones.
Entrees are surveyed after our customers enjoyed them and
those with very good scores make it back to future menus.
Going through this process helped us to develop menus that
really satisfy our customers.
