This month we are offering fourteen entrees! Depending on the package you buy, you need to order a
minimum of twelve or six entrees. You can order more. You can order up to two of any one entrée.
Crock-pot bagged – we have done all the work for you, you just put it in your slow cooker.
Oven ready – you assemble it at our kitchen and it’s ready to pop in your oven when you get home.
Bagged – we have done all the prepping, some assembly required at home.

1. Cheese Filled Pasta Shells – Oven Ready
A delicious vegetarian entrée of a ricotta mixture with eggs, mozzarella cheese, parmesan, fresh parsley,
nutmeg and toasted walnuts stuffed into large pasta shells and topped with our homemade tomato sauce.
2. Blue Cheese Bacon Burgers – Bagged grill or stovetop
Our version of a popular restaurant’s burger. Chipotle seasoned meat (mild) topped with a chunky blue cheese
sauce and strips of bacon. Buns included. Delicious!!
3. Phyllo Chicken – Oven Ready
Individual chicken breast plus a blend of three cheeses and spinach gets wrapped into phyllo pastry (just two
sheets). This is elegant and perfect to serve company!
4. Penne Pasta Chicken – Oven Ready
Cubed chicken and penne pasta baked in a creamy sauce with Asiago cheese and Sherry, then topped with
seasoned bread crumbs. Deliciously satisfying.
5. Green Chile Beef Enchiladas – Oven Ready
Lean ground beef and onions, stuffed into flour tortillas and smothered in a delectable sauce of cheese,
mushrooms, and green chiles.
6. Zippy Egg Casserole – Oven Ready
A quiche like dish of breakfast sausage, eggs, milk, ½ & ½ , onion, croutons, Cheddar, Swiss and Pepper Jack
Cheeses. Brunch or dinner!
7. Margarita Chicken – Bagged (Diet Friendly)
Plump chicken breasts marinate in a unique margarita flavored marinade. Grill this on your grill along with
pineapple rings (provided) and your taste buds and waist line will love you!
8. Chicken Breasts with Lemon and Capers – Bagged Stovetop (Diet Friendly)
Easy, light and quick! These lean chicken breasts are sautéed in a light batter of flour, peppers and paprika,
then topped with a sauce of lemon juice, chicken broth and capers. Yum!
9. Slow Cooked Pepper Steak – Bagged Crockpot (Diet Friendly)
Strips of beef paired with strips of green pepper cook in the crock pot in a delectable sauce. Serve over rice
and enjoy!
10. Pork Tenderloin with Rosemary and Lemon Pepper – Oven Ready (Diet Friendly)
Tender lean pork with fresh garlic and sprigs of rosemary, rubbed with a spice rub then topped with a sauce of
olive oil, teriyaki sauce and Worcestershire. Wonderful flavors and smells terrific!
11. Lemon – Thyme Crusted Pork Chops – Bagged Stovetop (Diet Friendly)
Lean boneless pork chops coated in breadcrumbs, parmesan, lemon rind and thyme, then pan fried. Very juicy,
lean and quick!
12. Chicken a la Caraway – Oven Ready (Diet Friendly)
Cream cheese and green onions tucked into chicken breasts then wrapped in bacon strips. Great in the oven,
better on the grill!
13. Sherry Ginger Chicken - Bagged (Diet Friendly)
Chicken thighs marinated in sherry, soy sauce, honey and spices then cooked up on the grill and served with
the marinade as a glaze. This is great served straight off the grill or cold the next day in a salad. Delicious!
14. Pecan Thyme Tilapia – Bagged (Diet Friendly)
Fillets of tilapia (fish) topped with a great herb and pecan mixture. So good and so good for you!
